WHen to take multi and anti-oxidant nutrients?

Hi,

I have a friend who is on a diet plan, fitness plan, 6 meals a day, and works out 2 times a day in between, up at 7am and goes to 9pm, the meals are excellent, full of organic, core proteins, complex carbs, hydration etc. The question is, at what point do they take a powdered multi and anti-oxidant, since it requires injestion of up to 4 capsules a day, so if they have 8 capsules, at what point, from a nutritional standpoint, where the nutrients will be injested into the blood stream and serve a purpose, as well as what type of meals do u take them with. This also extends to protein powders, do u injest all these nutrients on top of the food, prior to exercise, during exercise and after exercise, and not late in the day, unless its specifically for muscle regeneration ?thanks......

if your friend is eating a healthy diet, then the capsules arent worth taking.
