How to remove dark circles & spec-marks under eye ?

Hi,

I've been wearing specs since a very early age. Recently I'm using contact lenses. But there are ring like marks left due to specs & dark circles as well.

Please help me with natural remedy & also tell me which eye contour cream would help.
