i put this under my eyes cuz i got like a wrinkle there

and im only 18.

so is it okay?

Ideally one should not use anti wrinkle creams till they are in their 30s. you are too young to be using them. The wrinkle that you notice could be a fold under your eye and almost everyone has them..babies too. I would suggest you to stop using such creams and just make sure you moisturize your skin well.
