Suggestions to introduce full cream milk for my 1 year old! ?
I am not really sure how to introduce full cream milk to my 1 year old boy. He has three bottles a day, morning when he wakes, early arvo and night bottle. He has 250mls morning, 150mls arvo and 250mls. How much milk should I be giving him, he was 10 pound 4oz born (naturally LOL) now he is 13kg. It would be great if any one has any suggestions for me.

Hi , My son just turned 1 - January and I am going to be swapping him soon to full cream milk. Our Child Health Nurse told me that he should be getting at least 600 to 800mls in a 24 hour period. As he has been on solids and now pretty much eats what we have, weetbix and REAL milk for breaky, fruit and sandwich for lunch and dinner I am starting next week going to swap one of his bottles to a bottle of Milk and after a week swap another until he is only on Full cream Milk. Don't forget to offer plenty of water as well.
I WOULD NEVER DILUTE THE MILK.
YOU DON'T DO THAT WITH FORMULA EITHER.
