Is it normal to feel a little gassy after/during extreme exercise?
I recently joined my school's track team and lately I have been getting...erm...gassy during practices. We do exercises like running backwards for 2 laps and running forward for the same. Not to mention we have to run on wrestling mats, domillions of abs, run up and down steps, and lift weights. Now I'm not the fittest person ever, but I am thin (I wear a size 2-3). So could it be the fact of me not being fit, something more sinister or does it just happen to everyone? I heard my gym teacher once say that the boys that weight lift keep doing stuff like that and it annoys him.
