My little sister is throwing a birthday partie and she is turning 11. She wants to have 4 of her friends sleep over and her. The theme she wants is spa theme so she wants to do some facial masks hair nails stuff like that. I have to do the stuff but i have no idea what kind of spa treatments there are. What can i do besides the basic hair and nails?

Some people suffering from acne will never hesitate to subscribe to over the counter treatments. But, sadly, they're not the best cure for acne around. Also, skip putting refined sugar in your favorite beverage. Focus on foods that are naturally rich in zinc and omega-3 fatty acids. Chicken, yogurt, beans and nuts are some great sources of zinc. For your omega-3 fatty acids dose, have lots of fish and oils like vegetable and flaxseed ones. Making your own facial mask from things found in the kitchen is really easy. And they're effective too. Crack an egg, remove the yolk and beat the remaining white. Apply on your face, let stay for at least 15 minutes, then rinse with water. Oatmeal is great for exfoliating the skin and absorbing excess sebum. Cook plain oatmeal the usual way. Once thoroughly cooled, massage it onto affected skin, and let stay for some minutes before rinsing. Don't throw away those orange peels. Place them in a blender and add some water to make a paste. Apply the paste on affected areas and let stay for some time before rinsing your face.
The thick juice of an aloe vera leaf is great for drying up acne and preventing scarring. Break off a leaf, and apply the juice liberally on affected skin. Lemon or lime juice will make a great substitute for those harsh astringents. Simply apply on clean and dry face with a cotton ball. You may also use apple cider vinegar or just plain vinegar.
