Do any women use Lancome Renergie Double Performance Treatment Anti-Wrinkle and Firmness?

How do you like it? Do you notice a difference in your skin?

Hi,
I started developing pretty bad facial wrinkles after I crossed 35. I was pretty upset about it as I really didn't whink my skin would start degrading in my 30s. I tried altering my diet, took a lot of dark coloured vegetables such as beetroot and tomatoes as these were supposed to be good for wrinkles and also drank plenty of water. It didn't really work though and my Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Debrassion treatment to fade out my wrinkles. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she got rid of her wrinkles using a particular anti-wrinkle product. I tried it and it worked really well. QUESTION ABOUT LANCOME PRODUCT for Lancome users?

I bought the LANCOME RENERGIE the anti-wrinkle treatment for the face and around the eyes.
I wanna know if this product is the best I can use for anti-aging ?
I am 26 years old and I started notice some wrinkles around my eyes and in my forehead .... if I use those products will I see improvement on my face???

Do NOT trust anything the above answerer says! He/she is a representative for Arbonne, and gets a commission if you buy Arbonne products, so he/she is NOT impartial and will only push Arbonne products (some of which are terrible for your skin).

The truth is that anti-wrinkle creams do not actually take away wrinkles. (Skin-care expert Paula Begoun talks about this at length in her book _The Beauty Bible_.) The features that ARE important in a lotion or serum are sunscreen (including BOTH UVA and UVB protection) and antioxidents. Seriously, these are the only things that will help slow wrinkling, and numerous scientific skin care studies have been done on this. Some great examples of daytime moisturizers with sunscreen and antioxidents are all of the Paula's Choice sunscreens (available online only), Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 30 (better for oily skin), or Dove Energy Glow Brightening Moisturizer SPF 15 (better for dry skin). Some great nighttime ones are Beauty Without Cruelty Green Tea Nourishing Eye Gel (can be used on the whole face), the right Paula's Choice one for your skin type, or Clinique Moisture Surge Extra Thirsty Skin Relief (which is slightly more expensive).

Fine lines, however, can be taken care of with regular but gentle exfoliation, like Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Defense Face Lotion (better for oily skin because it has BHAs), or Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion (better for dry skin, because it has AHAs).

Lancome is, in general, a great brand (just stay away from the masks), but it is way too expensive for what you get, and they make crazy claims, like, "This will stop you from ever aging!". If you have a lot of money and like the packaging and the name, go for it, but I much prefer to stick to the best (rated by scientific skin care journals and specialists) products available in the drugstore.
