Are there non allergenic makeup removers?

I'm sometimes allergic to things like that and I wondered if there were any that wouldn't make me break out or anything.

i use the oil free, detoxifying wet cleansing towelettes from garnier!
its in a green package and the towelettes are soooo extremely soft to the skin i love it, i hated other products where they would be real strong and sting my eyes but these are very smooth and they dont have strong chemicals in them.
they have vitamin b5 and green leaf extract
and on the back it says allergy tested =]

Take the jar and put a third of a cup of warm water in the jar. Then put three tablespoons of powdered milk into the jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake up the contents in the jar. If the ingredients are in the right measurement you should have a liquid that is the consistency of heavy cream. If the mixture is runny put in some more powered milk and shake the jar again. If the mixture is to thick then add a little more warm water and shake the jar. To use this makeup remover take a wash cloth and wet it with some warm water. Just wet the cloth, don't soak the cloth. Put some of the makeup remover on the cloth and gently wipe it on your face until the makeup is removed.
Removing Eye Makeup:
For removing eye makeup, make sure to use a makeup remover that is especially made for the eyes. This is because eyes are very sensitive. The cleanser/remover that you use for removing face make up might be too harsh on them. You can also use petroleum jelly or baby oil for removing eye makeup.

Removing Lip Makeup:
For removing lipstick or lip liner, use cold cream. Take a cotton swab and put a little cold cream on it. Now, softly rub the cotton over your lips. After wiping off the lipstick, make sure to apply moisturizer over your lips. This will help in keeping them soft and conditioned.
