Is it possible to make a homemade tinted moisturizer with SPF?

I am currently using a moisturizer and sunblock and power foundation. My moisturizer doesn't have a SPF. I want to make a tinted moisturizer with SPF. Is it suitable to combine all three to make tinted moisturizer with SPF.

These are the products I use
-Everyday minerals foundation (sandy medium)
-Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 50+
- Witch clear complexion moisturizer

Any suggestions?

I wouldn't think about mixing the minerals with a lotion. I actually add my liquid foundation to my lotion that has spf. Good luck!
