Cleansing Your Skin ” FAQs

With all of the time Ive put into educating myself and others about body cleansing its almost unthinkable that I have never taken the time to assemble a Q&A style article in the topic of skin cleansing. I spend a few hours every day responding to email which is related to the topic of skin cleansing and all of the benefits that come with it.

Having so many trust and rely on your judgment in an area you have taken quite some time to become an expert in is humbling, to say the least. I consider it my mission to help others overcome acne and regain their self confidence just as I did. The email I get makes all of the effort I put into this worthwhile; and that is why I have decided to put together this article for all of you out there who have some questions about skin cleansing.

What Is Body Cleansing?- Body cleansing is a method for removing toxins and impurities from your body. Acne is only one problem that the buildup of these toxins in the body can cause and body cleansing allows them to be safely released from your system. We are primarily concerned here with skin, but there are a host of other health benefits to body cleansing.

How Does Body Cleansing Work? " Actually it can be a very long process that requires that you take cleansing products over time. You may still see some breakouts in the beginning, but you shouldnt worry about this. The longer you work on the cleansing, youll see your skin looking better and better as the days go by as you get rid of these toxins.

How Long Before My Skin Looks Beautiful?- This is a question I've wrestled with for quite some time because each individual is different. Even though we are made up of the same inner organs, our bodies process things at different rates so there are many variables to include. I can't give you an exact time, but after a week of doing it myself, my skin was less oily and looked much healthier.

What Happens If I Skip Days In Between?- I am very glad you asked that. If nothing else in this article sticks in your mind, I hope that this does. You should stick to the routine. Its not easy, but your results will come much more quickly if you take the time every day to follow the routine.

Is Something Like This Expensive?- When it comes to body cleansing and its benefits for your skin and all around health, this is perhaps not quite the right question to ask. Let me answer that question with another question: What is your health worth? Whether or not it is expensive depends on the individual.
