What is a good, cheap indoor tanning lotion?

right now i use swedish beauty dangerously dark & that costs like $40! it's getting 2 expensive. what r GOOD tanning lotions that r also 15-20 dollars? anything cheaper is good 2. and does it matter the brand that you use? do the $5 ones work as good as the $40 ones? i do NOT like the "tingle" lotions. a bronzer would b good. idc if its from walmart or something from the salon, as long as its good & cheap....although i dont think my salon would carry $15 lotions.

We used to own a salon with tanning beds (wife did nails).

The only difference between any moisturizing lotion (Jergens, Suave, etc.) and "tanning" lotions are that tanning lotions don't have any chemicals that fog up, or gum-up the acrylic in the tanning bed (and pi$$-off the salon owners when that happens). Other than that, all tanning lotions (for tanning beds) are the same, except for "gimmicks" like tingle, and skin coloring agents (bronzing).

Just get the cheapest bottle you can find.

Has anyone ever used a tingle lotion when tanning?

I used Swedish Beauty's Black Diamond with T10 (the tingle stuff) for the first time.
I was only using Dangerously Dark and Simply Devine by the same company when I was going tanning. (20 minutes lay down bed)

So after the initial tanning process the woman told me not to shower for about 3 hours because it will defeat the purpose of the tingle lotion. I was burnt for 2 hours then it went away and faded into a beautiful tan.

then 4 hours after that (which is now) i took a shower and my whole right arm is tomato red and it is extremely hot to the touch. i am very worried, because it hasn't faded and it has been about 10 minutes.
is this normal? pleeease help!

just rub in some cooling lotion on it you've just burnt that part of your body it will fade.....

String lighting is one of the easiest kinds of lighting systems to install, so if you're intimidated at the thought of putting your outdoor string lighting up, allow yourself to relax! All you need is a little measuring tape and some basic planning to be sure everything comes out alright. The next time a holiday rolls around and you feel like celebrating, give some consideration to the simple, accessible beauty of string lights. Of all forms of decoration, they involve some of the least hassle for some of the most visually pleasing effects.

So, we'll say that you've measured out the area to light up, and already have the appropriate lighting strings. Where do you go from there? Well, for starters, you should be doing this in the daylight. Some people make the mistake of trying to install lights at night, in order to ascertain the resulting lighting effect immediately. Doing electrical work in the dark, however, is never a good idea. Do the installation several days ahead of any planned social events, and do it in the daytime. Then wait until night to see how the lights look in the dark. If you don't like the effect, you can change the layout the next day. It's important that you have clear vision for laying out the strings so that they're secured, and so that the lights don't touch anything flammable.

While setting the strings in place, consider how they're going to stay secure. In general, the best thing to do is to use small plastic mounting brackets or clips. These often come with the lights anyway, with some nicer models having them built right into the strings. And even if they don't, they're an extremely cheap investment. Placed at regular intervals every couple of feet or so, they'll keep your string safely in place, and even help with angling the lights for the best effect. With some kind of materials, you may be able to simply slap the clips in place, or glue them. Others may require you to screw the clips in, or pound in nails. If these procedures seem unnecessary to you and you're only lighting up a very small area, you can, of course, simply wrap your string lights around railings or other slender objects in appropriate places. But be absolutely sure that they can't slip onto something flammable, and try to place it out of the reach of people who might accidentally tug or trip on the lights.

One of the worst enemies of outdoor lighting is the weather. Snow, hail, or rain, it can play dangerously with your lighting system! These problems can be averted through the use of appropriately-sized transparent plastic tubes. By snaking the light strings through the tubing, you'll keep the elements away from the light display. Most mounting clips and similar items will work just as well attached to slender tubes as they would work directly attached to the light strings, so incompatibility between the two is rarely an issue. While this may seem like a somewhat tedious affair, it's a priceless safety measure and absolutely necessary in areas where there's any significant chance of bad weather messing with your lights.

Those are the basics for properly getting your lights up and respecting the safety of your guests, not to mention your own safety. If, after all that, you still feel that you need to know more, you may want to consult a licensed electrician. There's nothing like a pro to reassure people during installation of unfamiliar gadgets!
